01. The Challenge

The organization needed a robust system to manage complex sales operations, including handling sales data, targets, incentives, and hierarchical structures across regions, territories, outlets, and sales teams. Manual processes were inefficient and prone to errors.

We developed Bandhan, a full-stack web application using Java Spring Boot and Angular, to streamline sales workflows. The system allowed seamless uploads of sales, target, and master files, automated incentive calculations, and provided clear visibility across regions, territories, and sales points.

The project significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced manual errors, and provided better tracking of sales performance and incentives. Teams could make faster, data-driven decisions, resulting in smoother sales operations across the organization.
